As mentioned above we are currently averaging 5-10 days for international deliveries, DHL Express will also give you a live view of the estimated delivery time.

Each parcel is packed with care and insured to the full value of the contents.

We’ll need your daytime address and cellphone number for door-to-door delivery and, once sent, provide you with the tracking number for the parcel.

All Prices exclude your local taxes and duties, please check your local taxes and duties before placing your order.

We shall use our best endeavors to ensure that all products purchased on the HAUER IMPORTS  website will be delivered to major city centers within the estimated shipping time.

THE FINE PRINT

In actual fact, it excites us to do it quicker every day.

It is, however, a reality that delivery companies are sometimes subject to strikes and other delays.

It is most certainly in the minority that a problem arises.

Should any delay happen, we will follow up, lodge, and handle queries with the particular courier company.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hauerimports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping fees may not be refunded.

Return Terms and Conditions:
1. Please include the RMA form inside the box of the returned merchandise
2. All Returns must have a valid RMA number in order to be processed for a credit/exchange
3. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition, with all pieces included
4. Any returns received without an RMA or in used/installed condition will be declined and the shipper must
pay the return freight fees.
5. All electronics returned need to be sealed and in their original packaging in order to receive a credit
6. We recommend shipping returned products via a tracking courier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or US Certified Mail with insurance to ensure full credit. 

7. Taxes/import tariffs are not refundable.
8. The warranty doesn't cover extra expenses such as labor, services, and/or accessories in case of returns/replacements.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If payment was processed by iDEAL, then you are not refunded the processing fee (3.6% + $0.30). Payments made with iDEAL cards can be refunded within 180 days of the original charge.

Customers can pay using Bancontact only when they are located in Belgium and they are making payment in euros.
