Install

Install and care

Lougan-RS recommends a professional install for the best performance and fit, though many riders fit it at home with basic tools. To keep it looking right:

  1. Clean it with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
  2. Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the finish.
  3. Now and then, check for loose bolts and that the exhaust is mounted securely.

This is a slip-on muffler. It replaces the stock muffler and connects to the factory header. Headers are not included.

Performance and sound

The titanium body cuts weight over the stock muffler and improves heat dissipation. The 60 mm connection optimises exhaust flow for better throttle response, and the removable dB Killer lets you choose between a street-friendly level and full racing tone.

Installation

Bolts directly to the factory header using the supplied springs and bracket. No cutting or welding required.
